I chose to spend fall term of my senior year studying abroad in Paderno del Grappa, Italy through the CIMBA program. CIMBA, or the Consortium of Management and Business Analysis, is a consortium of 36 American universities, including the University of Oregon. The program offers strictly business and journalism classes and takes an experiential learning approach, all while nestled in the small town of Paderno. I’ll be abroad for 85 days, including 25+ days off school for independent travel. Having never traveled outside North America until now, I can’t wait for all the new learning experiences and fun that it will bring. So, arrivederci (goodbye) to my hometown of Seattle!

Follow my weekly updates on my time abroad here! I’ll also be cross-posting these to the CIMBA blog at under the category “Morganne.” Ciao!
